Moving is stressful enough without worrying about cleaning. Our move in and move out cleaning service covers every room to landlord and letting agent standards. Below is a full breakdown of what's included.
- Clean inside and outside all cupboards and drawers — remove all food and debris
- Deep clean oven, grill, hob, extractor fan and filters
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean inside and outside of fridge/freezer — defrost if required
- Clean dishwasher inside and out including filter and spray arms
- Clean washing machine drum, door seal and detergent drawer
- Wipe down all work surfaces and splashbacks
- Clean sink, taps and drainer — descale and polish
- Mop and clean floor thoroughly
- Remove limescale from tiles and grout
- Wipe down light switches and sockets
- Deep clean toilet — bowl, cistern, seat, lid and base
- Scrub and descale bath, shower tray and shower screen
- Clean and descale taps, showerhead and all fixtures
- Clean sink and vanity unit inside and out
- Remove limescale and soap scum from all tiles
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Clean extractor fan
- Wipe down light switches and sockets
- Clean and disinfect floor
- Empty and clean waste bins
- Clean inside and outside of all wardrobes and drawers
- Vacuum all carpets and rugs thoroughly
- Mop hard floors
- Dust and wipe all surfaces, shelves and ledges
- Clean windows and window sills (interior)
- Wipe down skirting boards and door frames
- Clean light fittings and lampshades
- Wipe down light switches and plug sockets
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Vacuum all carpets and rugs
- Mop hard floors
- Dust and wipe all surfaces and shelves
- Clean windows and window sills (interior)
- Wipe down skirting boards and door frames
- Clean light fittings
- Wipe down light switches and plug sockets

- Vacuum stairs and landing carpets
- Mop hard floor areas
- Wipe down banisters and handrails

- Full clean of all kitchen cupboards and drawers (interior and exterior)

- Deep clean fridge, freezer and dishwasher
- Scrub and descale bathroom(s) — toilet, bath, shower, sink
- Remove any existing limescale from all tiles
- Vacuum all carpets and clean all hard floors
- Wipe down all surfaces, shelves and ledges throughout
- Clean windows and sills (interior)
- Wipe down skirting boards, door frames and handles throughout
- Remove cobwebs from all ceilings and corners
- Ensure property is fresh and ready for occupation
