Pricing & quotes.
How much does a clean cost?+–
Pricing depends on the service, size and condition. As a guide: a 1-bed end of tenancy starts from £140, a deep clean starts from £180, and weekly domestic cleans start from £55 per visit. We quote a fixed price up front so there are no surprises.
Do you charge by the hour?+–
No. All of our cleans are priced per job, agreed in writing before we start. Hourly pricing tends to drift; fixed pricing keeps everyone honest.
Are there any extras I should know about?+–
Carpet cleaning (hot-water extraction), oven defrost, fridge defrost and inside-window work are sometimes priced as extras depending on the package. Whatever's needed is specified up front in the quote.
Booking & access.
How quickly can you start?+–
Most jobs in Hove and Brighton can start within 2–3 working days. For urgent end-of-tenancy turnarounds we often start same-week.
Do I need to be home?+–
No. Most regular clients give us a key or use a key-safe. We're insured key-holders. For one-off jobs we usually meet at the start, then you're free to leave.
Can you collect keys from a letting agent?+–
Yes — we routinely collect keys from agents in BN1 and BN3 for end of tenancy cleans, complete the work, and return them.
Cleaning standards.
Do you provide your own products?+–
Yes. We bring all professional equipment, machines, microfibre cloths and professional products. If you'd prefer specific products in your home or office we'll happily use them.
What cleaning products do you use?+–
We use professional-grade cleaning products throughout. For limescale and grout we use targeted specialist products and rinse thoroughly.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?+–
Yes — every cleaner is employed (not subcontracted), professionally trained in-house, uniformed and covered by our full public liability insurance.
End of tenancy specifics.
Do you offer a deposit-back guarantee?+–
We offer a 72-hour re-clean guarantee: if your letting agent or landlord raises a cleaning issue during inventory we return and put it right at no additional cost.
Is carpet cleaning included?+–
Standard end-of-tenancy includes thorough vacuuming. Many tenancy agreements specify professional hot-water carpet cleaning at move-out, which we offer at a discounted combined rate.
Do you provide a cleaning certificate?+–
Yes. We provide a written certificate of cleaning that satisfies the standard tenancy clauses local agents use.
Commercial cleaning.
What sizes of business do you work with?+–
From 4-person studios in the Lanes through to multi-floor offices with 100+ desks. The model is the same: written specification, supervised team, fixed monthly fee.
Are contracts long-term?+–
No. All commercial contracts are rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. We'd rather you stayed because the service is consistent than because of a contract.
Can you work out of hours?+–
Yes — early mornings, evenings and weekends are common for our office and retail clients.
