Post-construction cleaning requires specialist knowledge and the right equipment. Our after builders clean removes plaster dust, paint splashes, adhesive residue and construction debris — leaving your property ready to occupy.
- Remove all large debris, offcuts and packaging left by builders
- Sweep and vacuum all floors to remove plaster dust and debris
- Remove dust from all surfaces, shelves and ledges
- Clean inside all cupboards and storage areas
- Remove protective coverings from floors, surfaces and fixtures
- Dispose of all builder waste (bagged and ready for collection)
- Remove plaster splashes and paint spots from floors
- Clean and wipe down all painted walls and ceilings
- Remove adhesive residue, stickers and tape from surfaces
- Clean grout lines in new tiling
- Polish new hard floors (wood, tile, stone)
- Deep vacuum and clean new carpets where fitted
- Remove cement and grout haze from tiles
- Clean and polish skirting boards and coving
- Clean all new and existing windows inside and out
- Remove paint, plaster and adhesive from glass
- Clean window frames and sills
- Clean window tracks and runners
- Clean any new glazed doors or panels
- Polish all glass to streak-free finish
- Remove protective film from all new appliances, fixtures and fittings
- Clean and polish new kitchen units inside and out
- Clean new worktops — remove protective film and polish
- Clean new sink, taps and fixtures
- Clean and descale new bathroom suite — bath, shower, toilet, basin
- Remove grout haze and cement from new tiles
- Clean and polish new mirrors and glass
- Clean extractor fans and ventilation grilles
- Clean all new light fittings and lampshades
- Wipe down new light switches and plug sockets
- Clean new door handles, hinges and hardware
- Wipe down radiators and heating fixtures
- Clean new stair banisters and handrails
- Remove dust from boiler and utility areas
- Final vacuum of all carpets and rugs
- Final mop of all hard floors
- Wipe down all surfaces with appropriate cleaning products
- Remove all remaining dust from high ledges and cornices
- Final check of all rooms — property ready for occupation
