We use high-quality, reliable cleaning machinery to get the job done right. Our carpet cleaning system provides a powerful, deep and extremely thorough clean — with greatly reduced drying times. Carpets are typically dry within 1–3 hours.

- Pre-treatment of heavy stains and high-traffic areas
- Application of professional-grade carpet cleaning solution
- Powerful extraction removes dirt, allergens and cleaning residue
- Post-treatment of any remaining spots or stains
- Grooming of carpet pile for even drying and finish
- Carpet is typically dry within 1–3 hours
- Remove small items of furniture from the room if possible
- Vacuum the carpet thoroughly before our arrival
- Identify any specific stains or problem areas to point out to our team
- Ensure good ventilation in the room (open windows if possible)
- Keep pets and children off the carpet until fully dry
- Allow 1–3 hours drying time before replacing furniture
- Allow the carpet to dry fully before walking on it with outdoor shoes
- Ventilate the room well during and after cleaning
- Place protective pads under furniture legs before replacing
- Vacuum the carpet once fully dry to restore pile
- Address any new spills immediately — blot, do not rub
- For best results, have carpets professionally cleaned every 12–18 months
- Red wine: Blot immediately with cold water and a clean cloth. Do not rub. Call us for professional treatment.
- Coffee & tea: Blot with cold water immediately. A mild washing-up liquid solution can help. Rinse thoroughly.
- Pet accidents: Remove solids, blot liquids. Use an enzyme-based cleaner. Professional cleaning recommended for odour removal.
- Mud: Allow to dry completely, then vacuum. Do not rub wet mud as this pushes it deeper into fibres.
- Grease & oil: Apply dry-cleaning solvent or washing-up liquid. Blot from outside in. Do not over-wet.
- Ink: Blot with isopropyl alcohol on a clean cloth. Work from outside in. Professional treatment recommended.
