Having a deep clean every few months works so much better for me than having a regular cleaner. The final cost was exactly the same as the quote because the important details had been hashed out at the booking stage, so the entire process was not stressful for me at all.Throughout the cleaning process, Laura and her team were flexible, professional, and pleasant to have and be around. They were very thorough, particularly for the degree of dirt and grime that they had to clear, and I appreciated how transparent they were about the limitations of what they could do due to certain issues with the property that need addressing with the landlord. I received some very helpful information and advice that I will act on ASAP.I also appreciated that there was no need to hover or micromanage.
